In this role, Cowdery will be responsible for working with environmental Business Leaders to develop and implement a five-year strategy for growth across the Company\u2019s markets. He will also serve on TRC\u2019s Executive Management Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith more than 25 years of vast industry experience and a track record of<br>creating value, improving operations and guiding the growth of successful<br>environmental services firms, John will be an excellent addition to the senior<br>leadership team,\u201d said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.trcsolutions.com\/AboutUs\/Leadership\/Pages\/chris_vincze.aspx\">Chris Vincze<\/a>.<br>\u201cJohn is a well-respected advisor within this industry and we look forward to<br>his contributions toward the success of our Environmental business.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining TRC, Cowdery was President &amp; Founder of Callard &amp;<br>Cowdery, a management consulting firm that advises CEOs, Boards of Directors and investors in the Environmental Consulting, Design and Engineering industry.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since founding the firm in 2010, Cowdery performed numerous assignments<br>throughout the U.S. supporting value creation, sales programs, strategic<br>planning, operational improvements, benchmarking, succession planning, and<br>mergers &amp; acquisitions, including recently serving as the Chief Operating<br>Officer of PMC, Rancho Cordova, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI have known of TRC since entering the environmental industry many years ago,\u201d said Cowdery. \u201cThe Company has gone through significant change and is well positioned to become the leading service provider to the markets that we serve nationally and internationally. I am very pleased to become part of an<br>extremely talented team of people and look forward to supporting TRC\u2019s<br>five-year growth strategy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to founding his firm in 2010, Cowdery was Senior Vice President,<br>Environment, Planning &amp; Infrastructure for ICF International. From 2000 to<br>2008, Cowdery served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Jones &amp;<br>Stokes Associates, overseeing strategic planning and operations. Cowdery<br>executed six successful acquisitions and grew the firm from a 200-person<br>company with $25 million in gross revenue to more than 600 employees generating more than $75 million. From 1994 to 2000, he was Vice President, Western Region at ATC Group Services, and from 1987 to 1994 he served as Senior Vice President of the environmental consulting practice at Hygienetics Environmental Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cowdery earned an M.B.A. from Saint Mary\u2019s College in Moraga, California; an<br>M.S.
